Intimate Earth Mojo Horny Goat Weed Warming Lube – Test & Review

The look of this lube, for me, is magical. I absolutely love it! The dark bottle with the luxurious red design, the clear labelling, the aesthetic bottle shape, there is nothing I dislike! I think it looks and feels luxurious, from the outside, of which matches the product on the inside. Compared to some other bottles on the market, this one is by far my favourite looking. It is big enough to stand out when on my shelf next to my other lubes, I choose it over any other warming lube when looking for an attractive bottle! some could say it looks a tiny bit feminine, as it almost looks like a rose on the front, but my male partner loved it. 10/10.

This lube can very easily be washed off the skin, and doesn't feel like it stays on the skin after washing. Some lubes feel smooth and soft on the skin after, which I don't like as it feels like it hasn't been fully washed off! It is latex condom friendly and can be used with all sex toy materials, as it is a water-based lube. The Mojo Horny Goat Weed lube does become slightly tacky after long use, as it almost becomes sticky and not slippery/wet. I didn't like this as I like a lube that I feel can last for along time, without having to re-apply.

The Horny Goat Weed warming lube has a pH reading of 7, showing that it is a neutral lube. This is neither good nor bad, as it attempts to not naturally interfere with a vaginas's natural pH. Other lubes attempt to match it by having reading of 6 and 5, but I don't see this as a negative for this product. This lube, like all of the other Intimate Earth lubes, has not been FDA approved or tested. Although it has been through tests, for a lube that is flavoured and therefore can be injected, I would feel more at ease if it was an FDA approved product. The downside to this lube is that it contains glycerin, which often interacts with a vagina's natural pH, meaning that a vagina owner is more likely to be susceptible to a yeast infection. This was a red flag for me, as I prefer lubes that don't have a high risk of infection, so I would suggest this lube only to be used by penis owners.

Compared to other lubes on the market with warming features, this lube is quite expensive. This is most likely because it sells itself as having multiple features, like being able to match the natural temperature of the body, maintaining an erection and increase libido. With the packaging being such high quality and the product itself being reasonably high quality, I think this price is reasonable to ask. I would have preferred a lube that didn't become tacky, as well as a lube that didn't contain glycerol, yet for a penis owner, I think this lube would be great and is worth the price.

This is certainly not the longest lasting lube. It can definitely last long if it is re-applied, but after one application, I like to just leave the lube and focus on other things, I don't want to have to think about the lube! I would recommend using this lube with a sex toy, as it tends to dry out. I would recommend using it with yourself or another person, so that it can mix with your body's natural wetness. It is not the thickest lube, and when I ran it off a spoon, it was quite watery and ran quite fast. This is contradictory to when it is rubbed into the skin, as it rubs on slowly and becomes slightly tacky.

I am a fan of the Intimate Earth bottles and have expressed that in my other lube reviews, and this one his no exception. The bottle is a great size to be held in one hand and has an easy to use click-close lid, which is useful as it makes directing the lube, more accurate. The design itself is eye-catching and luxurious, with a colourful design on the front to make it look high end and expensive. I love it, the design is sexy and appeals to me, as well as the red design indicating that it is a warming lube. My male partner also loved it as the black makes it look more masculine, appealing to the both of us! Probably one of my favourite bottles to look at!

this lube didn't stain the sheets when it first poured onto them, and once I had washed and dried the sheets, then no stain was left behind.
