The difference between the original Sam Neo 2 and the Pro version, which I received, is the addition of a heating function. I have never tried a toy with a warming feature previously. It has been totally reliable so far, and I expect it will hold up to a few years of use. It uses a standard USB-C cable for charging, which I greatly prefer over proprietary chargers. The quality of this toy is at the level I would expect for a product in its price range.
