We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring Review

The We-Vibe Bond is made from a nice quality silicone material, supplied with a thoughtful collection of accessories, all presented in a nice quality box, the general design of the We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring is good. However, the ring can be rather tight, even with the extension piece fitted, and, in my personal experience, it didn't really give me the buzz I had hoped for.

In general, the We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring is easy to use. Putting it on requires a bit of care, to avoid pinching the skin or trapping any hair, but that aside, the basic operation is very straightforward. Likewise, charging the ring is easy with the supplied magnetic charger. The We-Vibe app is also pretty simple to use and fairly self explanatory. It certainly provides for a simple way to play together when apart, or to simply enjoy a more customised experience with the toy.

The quality of the We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring is good. The only reason for not awarding a full 100 is the issue with the ring being rather tight, which will cause some purchasers problems. Furthermore, when in use, the vibrating does create a reasonable amount of noise, certainly enough to be noticeable by others.

Compared to the Diamo from Lovense, the We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring is comparatively good value. Whilst there are cheaper alternatives available from places like Ali Express, in my experience they are of a far lower quality. This is a decent quality toy, offering true remote functionality and, as such, offers decent value for money.

In my personal experience, the performance was rather mixed. On the plus side, it is well made, the remote control and app both functioned as expected, and it was easy to charge with the magnetic cable. However, when it came to providing me with a stimulating experience, I was less impressed with how it performed. As mentioned previously, maybe it's just due to my anatomy, maybe it's down to being battery powered, but I just didn't find the vibrations really did anything much for me. It was a shame, as I had high hopes for this toy and really wanted to be impressed by it.

The We-Vibe Bond Vibrating Cock Ring comes very well packaged in an attractive, sturdy box, which gives various information about the toy and provides a QR code to download the We-Vibe app. The supplied storage pouch was a nice inclusion and also of good quality.

The ring is primarily made from silicone, with some hard plastic employed where you join the ring together to wear it. This plastic can pinch if not careful when fitting the ring. Being silicone, and using a magnetic charger, the ring enjoys an IP rating of X7, meaning that it is waterproof, so washing it, or wearing it in the bath or shower is no problem. I don not believe that the remote control is waterproof though, due to the need to be able to open it to replace the battery when needed. Within the instructions, We-Vibe recommend cleaning the ring with warm water and a premium toy cleaner, then drying with a lint-free cloth, but I suspect just soap and water would suffice.
