b-Vibe Rimming Plug Petite — Test & Review

When you pick up the Petite Rimming Plug it doesn’t give a cheap or cheesy feeling. Solid and sturdy are much better descriptors. In fact, sturdy enough to push back against in some settings. It’s sleek and looks a bit classy and fun at the same time. But don’t let that make you think it is a basic item, because once you turn it on, you will know for sure it is not.

But just how easy is it to use? Well… insert and power on. If you are not using the remote, that’s it. Really. Now it might prove a bit cumbersome for initial insertion for anyone experienced lack of grip strength, but thankfully once it is ready, the only thing you have to hold is the optional remote. And to turn on you are simply pressing a button whether that’s the remote or the base of the Petite Rimming Plug.

When it comes to quality, the Petite Rimming Plug hits all the right spots. Literally. The rimming function itself has more sensation than noise and the vibrator isn’t very loud at all. In fact the only time I really got noise that I would say was truly noticeable was when it was pressed against the tub. Note however, this unit is splash resistant but the instruction booklet warns not to submerge.

Okay there is one area that throws me and that’s the price. There are obviously a LOT of other options with far more palatable price tags. Finding an item with quality materials and the rimming function and a good vibrator; sure that makes sense it would be more. Even so, the price hurts every time I look at it. And while the packaging is nice at first, the packaging is more for impression than anything. The included one-touch wireless remote and charger are great inclusions, but even so, I can’t fully say the price point is excellent.

When I began opening this action packed adventure I tried to come in with a blank slate of expectations on its operation. So the good news is my experience took off, as it were, and escalated. Okay, okay, sorry. But let’s break down performance. Vibrations and options were excellent. If you decide to use the remote, you can get a bit more control over the pattern and vibration differences which is cool. If you decide to use the button at the base, it’s just preprogrammed options. Even after multiple sessions, it still runs and the Rimming Petite Plug boasts two hours of runtime online and on box. No hot battery issues and charge time hasn’t been more than an hour from my experience. As mentioned earlier, the vibrations have been pretty quiet and overall it’s not a loud device. Is it worthy to be considered a stealth toy? I’m not sure.

The box was perfect. The outer cardboard sleeve had good information on its abilities and a simple explanation of operations. The inner box opened in a folding style to reveal a clean and organized packing that I was impressed with. It was almost like… a revealing. The color tones are softer but calm and fun simultaneously. Inside you will find a storage bag (hallelujah) charging cable, sticker, instruction booklet, and another little booklet on anal play. Just… so many things!

Our Rimming Petite Plug friend is made out of body-safe silicone and being all one unit, quite easy to clean. Couple sprays of a toy cleaner, quick scrub, and boom. Done. For any smells, I use a high percentage rubbing alcohol and air dry and that seems to do the trick. Again, this is splash-resistant but not water proof.
