- Own a Le Wand but don't love the broad stimulation
- Want to use your Le Wand in new ways
- Enjoy more direct, pinpoint stimulation, like a bullet vibrator
- Love gentler stimulation, like oral sex
- Want to use your wand hands-free
- Prefer very broad clitoral stimulation
- Are looking for a Le Wand attachment that offers internal stimulation
- Own the Le Wand Petite (the Flick doesn't come in a smaller size)
The Le Wand Flick attachment is a silicone cover designed to slip onto the head of the popular (and powerful) Le Wand massager, turning it into a soft, flexible, flickering tongue! Harness the intense vibrations into more direct, pinpoint stimulation than the broad vibes of the Le Wand, and make your toy do more.
I’ve owned my Le Wand for a while now, and while I totally respect its power, it actually doesn’t come out to play all that often. I’m more of a direct, pinpoint stimulation girly, and I find myself at odds with the broader stimulation that a large wand head provides. It takes longer to work its magic on me, and then I end up feeling tingly or numb from the strong vibrations. That’s why I was super excited about testing out the Le Wand Flick attachment!
First Impressions
After slipping the attachment onto the head of the Le Wand, I started out by applying a generous slick of water-based lube to myself and the tip of the ‘tongue’. This is not a toy you want to attempt ‘lube-less’. Then, I turned the Le Wand onto its lowest setting, and gently moved it around my clit. I was amazed at how well it transmitted the vibrations! The tip wobbles around in a pleasing way, and the stimulation feels gentle but not flimsy. I tried it both horizontally and vertically, and it felt great both ways! For science, I turned up the intensity and was surprised when I wasn’t immediately overwhelmed — it was a lot, but it wasn’t completely overwhelming like the Le Wand usually feels for me.Does it Really Feel Like a Tongue?
To me, it doesn’t feel like a tongue, and the sensation is not comparable to oral sex, despite what Le Wand’s website claims. The silicone is quite firm, and the vibrations of the Le Wand make the attachment move a lot faster than a tongue ever could. However, it really don’t think this is a bad thing — I absolutely love how it feels, and the power of it is really a testament to how there’s room in our lives for oral sex and sex toys!A Game-Changer
I’ll just go ahead and say it: the Flick attachment has made me love my Le Wand again! I think it will be living permanently on its head from now on, as it’s a no-brainer upgrade for me. I was expecting it to feel difficult to hold, but I held it in the same way I would usually hold the wand, so it wasn’t unmanageable. Plus, it took less time to bring me to orgasm than the Le Wand usually would, so my arm had less of a workout. I think that wand attachments are a great way to customize the sensations you get, without having to buy a whole new toy!Almost everything about the Flick attachment's design works for me. I love the flexibility of the 'tongue', and that the tip is slightly thicker than the middle, which adds a little extra 'oomph' to the stimulation. It's not small, and unfortunately doesn't fit inside the original Le Wand case. I also don't love the hot pink, but it does sort-of fit with the color of my wand.
The Le Wand Flick attachment is very easy to put on, but not so easy to take off. In fact, the first time I tried to pry it off, I actually broke a nail! However, the more I do it, the easier it seems to get — perhaps the silicone is getting a little more flexible. Of course, there's also the issue of the holding it. Like I mentioned previously, my arms thanked me that they didn't have to hold the wand for so long, but if you're someone who prefers to rest the wand on your body or on a pillow and grind, you may not be able to do so using the Flick.
This Le Wand attachment has the high-quality hallmarks of all Le Wand products. The smooth silicone and the sturdy construction make it feel solidly manufactured and long-lasting. However, it doesn't come with a storage bag, which is think is a big miss from them.
My first thought when seeing the price of this attachment was "Wow... I don't know how many people will be willing to invest that on top of paying for the Le Wand". However, after I did some research on other brands of wand attachments, I realized that the price of the Flick is actually quite comparable. It's not cheap, but if you want to make your wand do more, or if you don't find yourself using your wand so often, this could be a worthwhile spend.
The Flick's performance absolutely exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect way to make my Le Wand more functional for me, which is one of the best reasons to get one. It transmits the vibrations of the Le Wand in a gentler, flexible, rumbly, pinpoint way.
The packaging for the Flick attachment is perfectly functional for the product. It comes in a thin cardboard box that has hygiene seals around the opening to ensure the toy is clean and unopened. On the front there's a picture of the toy, and on the back is some information about what it is and how to use it. Since it doesn't come with a storage bag, you may want to keep the box to store it in, but I used one of my own bags and recycled the packaging once I opened it.
The packaging of the Le Wand Flick is nice enough. It comes in a fairly thin cardboard box, which has hygiene seals to make sure that it's clean and new. The box has a large picture of the Flick on the front, along with the Le Wand logo, and on the back is a brief description of the product. Since it doesn't come with a storage pouch, you may want to save this box to store the Flick, but I recycled it and used one of my own pouches.
