What I Liked
I was intrigued to see feel what the PDX Elite Extender Pro Vibrating Penis Pump had to offer because I’ve never tried a masturbator with so many different features before. I’m not a big fan of vibrations either, so I was actually pleasantly surprised to find that these weren’t horrible. Even though the vibrations are on the buzzy side, I still felt them deeply when inside the tube. Maybe I can be convinced to enjoy vibrations every now and then… The TPE parts of the pump were nice and comfortable. The inner texture is simple but felt good. The orifice was also pretty realistic and felt good (even though it was quite thin). I like that the tube itself was clear so I could see everything. This just adds a nice touch, I think! Last but certainly not least, is the adjustable length. It’s really nice to be able to customize the experience so you get to control which part of your shaft gets to enjoy the majority of the texture.What I Didn’t Like
While the orifice looks really good, the opening itself is a bit too big for a pump like this. This definitely increases the chance of the pump slipping down and sucking up a testicle or two! I can imagine it wouldn’t be that effective for those with smaller or thinner penises. In term of the suction, though, the sensation itself was very enjoyable. However, the automatic release is a bit unreliable and cuts off at weird times. While the vibes were nicer than expected, they were SO loud. Even while stroking the toy (with all the functions turned off) was incredibly loud. So, discretion is not what you’re getting with this vibrating penis pump.

The packaging for the PDX Elite Extender Pro Vibrating Penis Pump is very "masculine" and to the point with a few photos of the product. A minus for me is that all of the information about the product is on the box itself and not in an included manual or something.
The PDX Elite Extender Pro Vibrating Penis Pump is made primarily of ABS plastic and has a TPE orifice and interior. The orifice is easy to take off and clean with warm water and soap. The interior is far more difficult to remove and needs to be rinsed out inside the tube itself. Since the electrical components aren't fully submersible, you have to be careful with this.
