Magic Wand Plus Review

Everything about the Magic Wand Plus feels luxurious! The head velvety and soft, and it can take loads and loads of pressure, which I love in a toy. It also can be used over clothes comfortably, which is a first for me personally. The handle of the toy itself is easy to hold grip wise, it fits in my hand nicely and the buttons are easily accessible without much hand movement, while the toy itself is really heavy to be holding one-handed, I didn't have too much of an issue. Furthermore, I enjoyed the color scheme of the wand and I believe that the coloring in and of itself is iconic — you see the blue and the white together and you know you're about to have the best time of your life.

The Magic Wand Plus is a fairly straightforward toy in the sense that there are four speeds and no patterns. The real challenge becomes apparent with the heaviness of the toy — if you have grip issues or a weaker arm (consider that you might be holding it for a while), I wouldn't buy this toy. Additionally, this toy a little hard to hold on the lowest setting and it's very shaky so I don't believe that this is a toy for everyone.

Quality over quantity has been a term coined since the B.C times, but with the Magic Wand Plus you really dont have to pick. You can use as much pressure as you want without the toy stuttering or stalling, and the head feels silky smooth and incredibly sturdy. Additionally, the head bends to accommodate whichever angle you want, and even when bending the head it doesn't get louder.

Overall, I have found that the most expensive toys have little to no add-ons. With the Magic Wand Plus, you will receive the toy and just the toy itself. There is no travel lock or bag for safe-keeping because the toy is so big. While this wand is on the expensive side, it's tried and true and the quality is great. Personally, I think that if you can afford it then this toy is worth the price.

Overall, this toy is very versatile but it's very important to remember that it can be a little awkward due to its size. The longest this toy was on was about 45 minutes, in which time the toy didn't get hot at all.

The packaging of the Magic Wand Plus is not discreet and it's also very long, which is to be expected. I thought that the packaging was perfect because I don't really care about bold packaging, it kept the cords and the head extra safe as well as, keeping all the parts separate. Additionally, the box comes with a picture of the toy so it's not so discreet.

The Magic Wand Plus is not waterproof or even splashproof, so I choose to clean it with a cleaning wipe. Unlike the original Magic Wand, the head of the wand is made from body-safe materials, and the body of the toy is hard ABS plastic. Finally, touching back on the cleaning aspect, even with the wipe its a little difficult to clean because theres no bag I can put it in while I'm not using it, so the silicone attracts a lot of hair.
