Dame Fin – Test & Review

The Dame Fin is not only cute and elegant, it's designed with absolute versatility in mind. The tether is super stretchy and flexible to fit most finger sizes - and if not, it's removable! The two indents for the fingers under the button are deep enough for the toy to feel secure even without the tether! The surface on the underside (that is meant to stimulate the clitoris) has a slight raised pointy nub in the middle on one side and a more flat surface on the other side. This way you can flip the Dame Fin in your hand depending on which side you prefer to use.

The Dame Fin is not difficult to use per se, but there is definitely an initial learning curve to figuring out how to get the most out of it. First of all simply figuring out what goes where. A lot of it is also just on a personal level. Figuring out what works and feels nice for you. Finding the right placement for the finger tether. Finding out which side feels best. Figuring out how each setting feels and how much pressure or movement to add manually. But working out the three intensity settings is as simple as can be since there's only one button.

Overall, the Dame Fin really is a good quality finger vibrator. Coated in super smooth and matte pastel-colored silicone that feels great to the touch. A very ergonomic shape and design that allows for very versatile use. Light and easy to hold in place yet extremely powerful on the highest setting. The only thing that brings the score of the quality slightly down for me is that the vibrations - as powerful as they are - are very buzzy instead of rumbly.

The Dame Fin is definitely more of an expensive lady. It is actually quite expensive for a small finger vibrator. I'm actually not completely sure if the value matches the price exactly. It is a good quality toy but it also only has three levels of intensity and is very buzzy. Of course, if you're looking for a simple, compact, and powerful finger vibrator - and you have the budget to invest in a versatile and luxurious little vibe - then the Dame Fin is a great option!

On second thought, I'm not sure if it really is that bad that the Dame Fin only has three vibration settings. The first one has a mild and quiet buzz to it that allows you to slowly explore the subtle vibrating extension of your own fingers touching your clit. The medium level is impressive yet still fairly subtle. The highest setting is insane! Not at all what you expect to be the next level after the medium setting but still quite impressive for such a small toy. A great feature of Dame Fin, but, the only downside? Those oh-so-powerful vibrations are quite buzzy, where I just personally prefer powerful vibrations to be more deep and rumbly. So the three intensity levels may be enough in themselves, but it could be nice with a few patterns available - especially at that price point!

Ah yes, you know what they say - good things come in small packages. The Dame Fin is no exception. When you lift the lid off of the small box, you reveal the Dame Fin nestled in a hard plastic cover that hides the charging cord, instructions manual, a small Dame sticker, and an embroidered drawstring pouch for storage. Cute, elegant, compact, and practical. Yes, I've adorned my desk with that sticker and I've repurposed that box because it's just too small and cute to throw out!

The Dame Fin is made of 100% body safe, non-porous silicone. The body is smooth and matte and the removable finger tether is super stretchy and flexible. It is water resistant and splashproof but not fully submersible. So don't bring it with you for bath time fun and be careful when cleaning it. Residue comes off the silicone easily so you just simply wash it gently with warm water and gentle soap. Dry completely and store in the included storage pouch safe from dust and lint.
