Its design is simple with a difficult assembly, the materials are cheaply made, and will tear without caution also due to the corners on the main body of the toy being sharp they will easily cut through the rubber if you’re not careful. This toy is great alone but definitely well suited for a partner.
My First Impressions
My first impressions were bleak and were met with disappointment as the assembly is rather difficult and requires patience. Due to the fairly cheap rubber and sharp plastic the rubber tore quite easily, fortunately for me it was not in a crucial area. Even under normal use the toy seems to gradually come loose and require adjustment. After getting over the learning curve assembly got easier but still difficult and use was a breeze. Knowing which parts of the toy to hold as to not cause disassembly is the key, snagging the tube would cause it to pop out and not holding the rubber down would cause air to leak causing less pressure.My Enjoyment
The sensation of the toy during use was mild but satisfying, if the seal kept tight the sensations were excellent and overall great for edging. Sadly the hand pump wasn’t very user friendly and didn’t give much in terms of pressure control.
The design is elegant and feels good, rather basic design although it works for me. Sadly there are some major downsides that need changing, the plastic casing has sharp corners that eat into the rubber very easily, the stiffness of the tube is too high causing more difficulty during assembly and use.
Once assembled the toy is incredibly easy to use, due to the difficulty of assembly I wouldn’t say this toy is suitable for those with physical limitations. There is a slight learning curve but even then assembly is still pretty difficult.
The product is of lower quality and will tear during normal use, it feels rather cheap. Volume during use is minimal other than the sound of the air going in and out. The sharp corners are a major downside of this toy as eventually it will eat through the rubber no matter how gentle.
The price isn’t expensive per se but compared to other toy’s around the same price with much less associated assembly difficulty and build quality issues this one is less favorable. No extras included in the box.
It did live up to expectations made online, there weren’t wild claims of being the best toy ever made instead there were claims of being a fun and kinky toy to use, which it is. Feels nice as a solo toy but is well suited for partner play, the functions worked well and were practically silent. No pain during use but I imagine one might experience some if assembled incorrectly.
The packing is simple and indiscreet, there are some examples and simple explanations of how to use the toy on the box. I like the design it does just enough without being obnoxious and ugly.
The toy is made of PVC and ABS, PVC is often recognized as unsafe for use in toys as it often contains phthalates. They are light materials and feel low quality, the product is water proof. The toy should be cleaned by disassembling and rinse with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner. No storage bag included but may be stored in the included box if desired.

Overall the Fetish Fantasy Suck N Stroke Head Pump provides some satisfying sensations although it’s not without its own issues. The sensations are mild but enjoyable. Assembly is difficult and requires patience, and the toy also doesn’t stay together all that well during use thus requiring an even more difficult messy assembly. The rubber also tears quite easily during normal use. Cleaning is incredibly easy as the toy easily disassembles.
