The Lovense Exomoon is an app-enabled lipstick vibrator that delivers intense vibrations. The silicone tip is perfect for exploring pinpoint pleasure and feels incredibly smooth against your skin. The lipstick style design is super discreet and makes this vibrator great for chucking in your bag for fun on the go. Plus, once connected to the app, you can let a partner control your vibes from anywhere in the world or explore the other fun features in the app.

Lovense Exomoon -

I am a wand woman —not to be confused with Wonder Woman, but I’m sure I could have an equally awesome costume. I enjoy pinpoint stimulation, but big and rumbly will always be my thing — my Doxy Die Cast is my ride or die, quite literally! However, Rachel’s intense and sometimes cult-like (her words not mine) love of the We-Vibe Tango X had me a little jealous. So, upon hearing that Lovense had created a worthy opponent, I was very excited to give it a try!

The Vibes

I was surprised by both the power and rumbliness of the Lovense Exomoon. On the lowest settings (accessible in the app) the Exomoon provides a gentle rumble that would suit even the most sensitive clits and on the highest, it can easily please the power kings and queens out there — a real crowd pleaser! Even on the higher levels, it doesn’t become buzzy. My only gripe with the vibrations is that there’s a rattly, tinny noise that I find a bit annoying. The vibrations do travel a bit into your hands but you can use the Exomoon hands free for solo play if you can find the right spot. Plus, the small size means you can use it in pretty much any position, solo or with a partner!

The Lovense App

I don’t usually bother with app controls if I am playing solo as I find it unnecessary and distracting, but I do with the Exomoon. The device itself only has one button, which allows you to scroll through the three preprogrammed intensities and 4 patterns. I hate scrolling through settings and like to have more intensity options and not run the risk of ending up in pattern territory. Plus, the app is incredibly easy to set up and use. While the Exomoon is great for long-distance play, I wouldn’t use it for public play as it’s pretty loud and hard to position.

Lovense + Bloom

Lovense have also partnered with Bloom, an erotic audio site, and you are supposed to be able to sync the Exomoon to their stories but I could not get it to work. The device seemed to connect but then the audio wouldn’t load or the audio would play but without the vibrations, which was frustrating and overall a bit disappointing.

Lovense Exomoon -

So I'm not the biggest fan of 'lipstick' style vibrators — it's just not my thing. I was going to say it's a little gendered for liking, but anyone can wear lipstick or use a lipstick vibrator! That being said, I do think Lovense have done a great job of not making it look tacky. I also love that the case keeps the vibrator clean and is so incredibly discreet. If someone accidentally came across it in your handbag, they would be none the wiser unless they tried to use as a lipstick, of course! The slanted tip is perfect for direct clitoral stimulation or stroking up and down your labia for a slow warm up.

Lovense Exomoon -

The vibrator itself only has one button to turn it on and scroll through the 3 preprogrammed intensity levels and 4 patterns. I understand that they wanted to keep the buttons to a minimum to keep it discreet but I find it a little annoying to have scroll all the way through to turn the intensity down. The other thing that is slightly annoying is that the magnetic charging pins are covered by a small silicone cover. Again, great for discretion but this makes it a little more difficult to maintain a good connection when charging and collects water when you wash it, so needs to be dried carefully. The app is incredibly easy to set up, connect, and navigate, which is a big pro!

Lovense Exomoon -

The Exomoon feels like a very well made vibrator. The silicone is lovely and soft and the cap fits well over the device, meaning you can safely pop it in your handbag. As well as the case that covers the stimulation tip, you also get a black satin storage bag for extra protection or discretion. It has a great battery life of 2.5 - 3 hours and holds it charge well. My only complaint is that it makes a slight high pitched, rattly noise when in use. When holding it in my hand, on the lowest settings the Exomoon measures 25 dBs and on full power 45 dBs – it's not the quietest and not the loudest!

Lovense Exomoon - <

The Exomoon is one of the more expensive bullet vibrators on the market. It is more expensive than it's main competitor, the We-Vibe Tango, but the Exomoon is app enabled while the Tango isn't, so I think the price is justified.

Lovense Exomoon -

I was pleasantly surprised by the strength of the Lovense Exomoon, it packs some impressive power in such a small package! It's also rumbly, as rumbly as you can expect from such a small toy anyway! It can definitely compete with the We-Vibe Tango in terms power and rumbly-ness. It's also pretty quiet considering the power.

Lovense Exomoon -

The Lovense Exomoon comes in a small, sturdy box with a picture of the vibrator on the front. The only thing that couldn't be recycled is the foam insert that holds the device.

Lovense Exomoon -

The Lovense Exomoon is made of ABS plastic and silicone and completely waterproof so it can be washed with water and a mild, fragrance free soap or a sex toy cleaner. Water can get trapped under the silicone cover on the bottom of the toy, so make sure to dry it well. The Exomoon is best when used with a slick of water-based lubrication.

I would say that the Exomoon is one of the best bullet vibrators on the market today. Up there with the We-Vibe Tango! I can't say the Exomoon is going to be my favorite vibrator but I do really really like it. It is so convenient, and while the orgasms aren't the strongest and I find it difficult to have multiple orgasms with it, they are still very good! If you love bullet style vibrators, I would absolutely recommend this to you, and hey, even if you don't usually go for bullet vibes, you might find yourself pleasantly surprised!

You can find the full manual for the Lovense Exomoon here.

Yes, once connected to the app (which is super easy), you can give a partner control from anywhere in the world!

Yes, it is completely waterproof, so you can enjoy it in the bath or shower.

The Exomoon is as powerful and rumbly as the We-Vibe Tango. The Exomoon has more features as it is app enabled while the Tango is not. You can customise the settings more and control it long distance or sync to sounds and music. Another difference is the materials — The Exomoon has a silicone covered tip while the Tango is made of ABS plastic.
