The Happy Little Sucker by PinkCherry is a silky, soft, beautiful purple, clitoral suction, vibrating toy! Made out of satiny silicone and metallic ABS plastic, it is a toy you will enjoy looking at, while the soft texture caresses your body — and that is before you even turn it on! Because this toy both sucks and vibrates, it can create some... very intense sensations... you have been warned! Unfortunately, this product did not survive testing, and PinkCherry declined to respond.

First Impressions

From the moment I open the shipping packaging from PinkCherry, I was impressed with the quality and look of the box. The outside of the box displays a nice description of the Happy Little Sucker and thorough product details. No additional product information insert is included within the box. Upon opening, the product and USB charging cord were contained within a plastic bag. Note: don’t be like me and try to open the plastic bag with your teeth… get the scissors… that plastic bag was not messing around! The Happy Little Sucker is a strikingly beautiful purple color with silver accent. In the hand it feels super silky, the shape built to naturally hug the contour of the hand. It has a very clean, almost sanitized feel to it, in the best way. The flexible head rotates and bends to conform to the shape of the body. It looks simple to use, with only 2 button options, ON/OFF and Mode. The charging port is clearly marked, so you won’t struggle trying to figure out where to stick it… the cord… to charge the toy!

OH MY!

While the ON/OFF and Mode buttons are clearly marked, it is initially unclear how many Mode settings there are (spoiler: 12). As I began to cycle through the modes on my finger to get an idea of the suction and vibration — In the words of George Takai: “Oh My!” This thing sucks, and it sucks hard! As I cycled through the settings, my eyebrows raised as the intensity of the suction pulled the pad of the finger in gently, vibrating and massaging with 8 little tickler silicone nubs. I was, at once, both intrigued, and if I am being honest, a little intimidated. But boy oh boy, was I looking forward to more testing!

Later That Evening…

After allowing the Happy Little Sucker to fully charge, and cleaning it (always clean your toys before and after use!), the scene was set. One of the things I just love about the Happy Little Sucker is how it feels in the hand — so smooth and flowing with the natural curves of your grip. The head is made from silicone, which not only allows you to bend the head into whatever position feels good, the entire head piece rotates 360 degrees. This means no matter where, or on whom, you decide to play, you will be able to easily adjust it to your heart’s content. In telling my bestie about the Happy Little Sucker, I compared it to a lamprey (water animal that looks like a small eel with only teeth for the mouth). While initially meant in jest, it wasn’t far from the tooth, I mean truth. PinkCherry was not kidding around when it came to suction power. This thing latches on, and depending on the mode, REALLY holds on for dear life once it gets a good grip. Depending on where that grip is, you might need something to grip on to yourself!

A Magic Trifecta of Stimulation?!

PinkCherry’s Happy Little Sucker appears as if it may have found the magic trifecta between suction, vibration, and stimulating nubs. Depending on your experience level and sensitivity, this product is not suited to all users. On some areas of the body, such as the neck, the sensations are enjoyable albeit a tad ticklish at times. On more sensitive areas, such as the nipples, I found the combination of sensations to be too intense. One thing I found frustrating is that there was no guide to aid in figuring out the preset patterns, other than to just cycle through the 12 of them to find the right one. Shockingly, although I found it to be overstimulating and too intense for prolonged use on the nipples, it wasn’t powerful enough, for my preferences for clitoral stimulation. I refused to let this deter my goal, so exploration time began. Really explore your body, the more sensitive the better, as this purple power provides some very unexpectedly pleasant sensations in areas you may not normally explore. Personally, I recommend extra attention to ALL of the erogenous zones, but pay special attention to the vulva and explore thoroughly! Note: depending on how intense your session gets and how much lube you use, you may need to keep a towel handy as the external suction valve seemed to … how do I put it… squirt. I was not prepared and very confused as to why my hand had suddenly gotten so wet.

Wet & Wild

Because I am still skeptical of any toy that claims to be waterproof, extensive water testing was scheduled. Shower testing went according to plan. Water helps the Little Sucker increase suction which is saying a lot for how much it already sucks. It did shoot a lot of water through the suction outlet (see note above about things getting wet), which was a bit distracting and I may have gotten off task just playing in the water…for a while… Oh Well! I had intended to do some submerged testing, as I was even more curious to see how it was going to operate under the water. Alas, the battery seemed to be dead, and it was plugged in for further charging.

OH NO!

Unfortunately, before I had a chance to do any further testing, the Happy Little Sucker made me very sad as it decided to no longer work. I plugged it into another outlet to charge, but the blinking light charging indicator never stopped blinking and the sucking was at a standstill. Sadly, PinkCherry did not respond to any requests from BedBible about the problem encountered with the Happy Little Sucker. I cannot recommend a product that breaks within a few uses, particularly if the customer service and follow through of the company is non-existent.

PinkCherry Happy Little Sucker -

The Happy Little Sucker is a beautiful, almost elegant piece of function erotic art. A beautiful soft purple, the surface is silky and soft to the touch. A flexible and rotatable head lined with 8 silicone nubs ensures intense sensations as it vibrates and sucks. Designed with an almost perfect grip fit, at least for petite hands, ensures comfort and control during use. This product was practically perfect, until it stopped working. Points were deducted due to flaws within the design causing it to stop working very prematurely.

At first glance the 2 button operation seems simple enough. It is easy to turn on and off and is relatively easy to cycle through the 12 Vibration / Suction modes. However, with no guide on patterns and mode, other than counting as you push buttons, it is really tricky to find the right setting for the moment. It’s even more difficult to return to that perfect setting without breaking the spell. Another downfall is the messy factor — due to the suction hole, water, lube, or any other liquid can end up in unexpected places, like all over your hands.

Although PinkCherry’s Happy Little Sucker started off with a strong game including quality materials, thoughtful packaging, and toe-curling sensations, it stopped working. We attempted to reach out to PinkCherry about the problem, but there was no response. Frankly, it doesn’t matter how pretty the product it, how many settings it has, or the materials used — if it does not work, then it does not meet quality requirements.

Unfortunately, I have to give the Happy Little Sucker a low Price Rating due to the simple fact it quit working. It doesn’t matter if the item is $39.99 (price advertised as of August 2023), $79.99, or free, if it isn’t going to work, I cannot recommend it. Before it stopped functioning, it would have received a higher rating due to the pleasurable, intense experience provided. This could have been a new top contender for favorite toy in this price range.

Starting out with high expectations, the combination of suction and vibration, with the added tantalizing tickling of 8 silicone nubs, the Happy Little Sucker turned out to be a huge disappointment. Before it died it provided a variety of intense and unique sensations not usually found in clitoral stimulation toys. Operating at average noise levels for a vibrating clit toy, it was comfortable to use without overheating. The suction air hole did shoot liquids as it pulled for suction, creating unexpected messes in and out of the shower. Disappointingly, this product did not meet expectations.

While PinkCherry's Happy Little Sucker came out of the box as the most promising toy I have yet come across, due to the unique combinations of suction and vibrations for clitoral stimulations, reality was a huge disappointment. Early in testing, toe curling data was coming in, but once the product died, I was left with an unsatisfying, yet pretty, paperweight. Totally bummed it didn't live up to the potential. This could have been my new go to.... Unfortunately, I cannot and will not recommend a product that isn't going to work.

There is no user manual available online for the PinkCherry Happy Little Sucker, but it’s quite simple to use.  Check out my How To guide above for ideas.

Water based lubes are recommended for this silicone toy.

Anyone who likes the combination of vibration and sucking sensations. Can be used on multiple parts of the body including the nipples.

Yes!

If this is your first foray into clitoral stimulation, this toy is most likely going to be way too intense.
