The Tracey Cox Anal Probe is a fully silicone toy made up of beads that stimulate the anal sphincter when pushed in or pulled out. The added benefit of this particular toy is its curved shaped allows users with a prostate to stimulate their P-spot. The full silicone construction means that the toy can also be easily sanitized and used for vaginal stimulation as well, so there are endless possibilities for fun.
Probe Packaging
Simplistic and effective. The Tracey Cox Beaded Anal Probe doesn’t overwhelm you with a manual, charging cable, Bluetooth compatibility, and a 14 page terms and agreement document. It comes in a clear plastic package that displays the toy and accurately describes the contents. I was especially thankful that I didn’t need to use scissors to open up the packaging which is a huge pet peeve of mine! On the back, there is a great paragraph which gives you a quick “how to use” in case you are new to the kind of stimulation that beaded toys provide. They also do a great job covering some important safety notes like what lubes to use (water0based lube only) and some tips for sharing the toy with multiple partners.Promising Probe
Using these anal beads was an overall pleasurable experience. The insertion process was extremely easy and required no warm up. The beads slowly increase from a 1.5 inch circumference, to a maximum 3.75 inches, and then slowly decrease back down to 1.5 inches. The smooth silky silicone held onto lube incredibly well so I never felt the need to reapply which was really nice for staying in the moment. Some silicone toys can also feel “draggy” when inserted, but the quality of this particular silicone was top notch and felt almost velvety to the touch. The ergonomic curve of the probe did a fantastic job at stimulating my prostate as I could definitely feel each of the beads as they slowly massaged my P-spot. I even managed to precum a bit just from the probe rubbing back and forth over my prostate. This was definitely my favorite feature of this toy as it really added a whole new element to the typical sensations you get from regular anal beads. The combination of the beads stretching my sphincter open as my prostate was being targeted was heavenly. My biggest criticism of this toy is it tends to “flip” when inserted and not holding onto it firmly (if the curve is pointing towards your belly button, it will want to rotate and point the other way). So, if you want the full effect of what this toy can offer, you’re definitely going to need both hands if you intend on adding penile or clitoral stimulation while using this toy by yourself.
I love the sleek design of this toy and it looks extremely high quality, especially for the price point. The flexibility and firmness is great and the ergonomic design is super stimulating. I just wish it wouldn’t rotate around inside me while going “hands-free”.
The Anal Probe is incredibly easy to use, even for total beginners. The packaging includes a brief “how to use” section so even if you are totally clueless, you can get an idea of its intended purpose. But sex should be about exploration, so get curious and figure out how it works for you!
I’m extremely pleased with the quality of this toy and just how premium the silicone itself feels. There are no seams, blemishes, or unwanted marks on the toy/material. It offers great firmness which I greatly prefer with anal toys as it makes insertion and targeting my p-spot much easier.
For $17 this should 100% be on everyone’s list of sex toys to get. It might not be a toy I reach for every time, but for the price it’s an incredible value. There aren’t any fancy storage bags or extras that come in the box, but for a toy under $20 I don’t really expect that.
I was definitely impressed with this toy as it lived up to all my expectations! Because of its tendency to flip around and point the wrong direction (away from my prostate) without actively having a hand on it, I’m not sure I’ll be including it in much of my partnered play. But as a solo toy that I can use to explore my body and new sensations? I can strongly recommend it for this purpose!
The packaging is quite simple and I can appreciate that! Don’t get me wrong, I love all the free goodies some brands include, but sometimes I just want to open up the package and use the toy! I also really appreciated that I didn’t need to use scissors to open up the packaging. It’s such a small thing but boy does it grind my gears having to use scissors to open literally anything. Especially my sex toys though! Do you know how mad I would be if I accidentally cut one of my sex toys in half?
The Anal Probe is made out of a high grade hypoallergenic silicone that is body safe. The texture is incredibly smooth and attracts very minimal lint which I was very happy about! Cleaning is simple as you really just need some water and antibacterial soap. If you are going from anal to vaginal play, or swapping between partners I would recommend fully sanitizing however and leaving the toy in boiling water for 5 mins!
