b-Vibe Cinco — Test & Review

I like that the plain black design of the b-Vibe Cinco anal beads is completely gender neutral, but aside from that there's not a lot to say about how they look. I like the overall shape of the beads and there's a nice gradual increase in size towards the base, but the last two beads are almost the same size. I think the base fits quite comfortably between the cheeks and doesn't get in the way during PIV sex.

I'm really happy these beads came with a remote, as trying to change the settings without completely removing the toy is always so fiddly, even if it's a partner doing it! It also makes it much more fun to use with a partner for some power play! The remote has an on button, increase/decrease buttons, and a button to change the pattern, so it's very easy to use. The middle button can also be used to reset the vibration to a steady vibration, rather than having to cycle through all the patterns, which is fantastic as there are 15 on them! Also, I tested out the range and it works seamlessly from the next room. I also really like the bright lit power button on the base of the toy, as it also shows that the beads are charging and when they are fully charged.

The silicone is velvety soft and feels fantastic. They have three separate vibrating motors in the three largest beads, but the vibrations travel fairly well into the last two beads and through the centre chain. The remote feels a little cheap and plasticy but that doesn't impact the use at all.

The b-Vibe Cinco are definitely in the luxury price bracket. And they are luxurious to use and come with some nice extras, including a storage pouch, anal play guide, and a cute unicorn sticker. I really can't fault their quality at all, but I'm not sure I would personally pay this much for vibrating anal beads. However, if you really love anal play and want to invest in some large, vibrating anal beads, these are a great choice.

The vibrations of the b-Vibe anal beads are fairly strong, not the strongest but still very satisfying! The higher speeds, especially the steady vibration, can feel a little buzzy, which I don't particularly enjoy. However, the lower speeds and the pulsing patterns feel a bit more rumbly. I cannot stand vibration patterns in clitoral toys but I enjoy it much more in anal play. The vibrations are relatively quiet but get a bit louder if the base is resting on your bed. The battery life isn't the longest which is a little disappointing but aside from that the b-Vibe Cinco anal beads performed very well!

The b-Vibe Cinco anal beads come in a sturdy blue cardboard box with a slip cover on the outside. The front of the cover shows the beads and remote in true to life size, which did make me wonder if I'd been a little too ambitious again! The back and sides also show what else you get in the package. My only criticism is that there were two plastic inserts, which I think were unnecessary.

The b-Vibe Cinco anal beads are splashproof so you should take care not to full submerge them under water cleaning them. Aside from that these silicone anal beads can be cleaned with warm water and a mild soap or sex toy cleaner. Make sure they are completely dry before storing in the storage pouch. You should also avoid using silicone lube as this can damage the silicone in the toy. Instead, stick to water-based lube.
