The dildo has a normal shape, just like a cut penis. It has a hole in the middle and a tube from it. You can attach the syringe coming with it to the tube and fill it with whatever liquid you would like to insert inside you. I enjoyed warmed up X Lube.
My experience has been great with this toy! First I attached it together with the syringe, mixed up some X Lube and sucked the lube up with it. I also dipped the head of the dildo into the lube to help with insertion. After penetration, I pushed it as deep as I could and slowly injected the lube. Laying on my front, I let the lube get pushed deeper to prepare for larger, longer toys. Also, I just found myself playing with this dildo after a while, it has such a great shape and perfect rigidity. I really enjoyed the sensation of pushing it in and out. The Bust It Ejaculating Dildo has a very impressive design. It has a hole to mount to Vac-U-Lock attachments, can inject lube inside you and can also be used a standard dildo! It has a very plasticy feel, but the price is just right for what it is! I found it worked perfectly for anal!
It's not the easiest dildo to use, as you have to fill the syringe first with lube or fake cum and then insert it. I advise trying to avoid pushing air inside you, by using the the dildo's head to suck up the liquid and not just the syringe. It is, however, easy to put together and to clean as well! I suggest lying on your front when you push the liquid inside to avoid it all coming back out when you pull the dildo out!
I gave the quality 50 because it's made from PVC which is porous and feels cheap. However it works well! It is quite rigid, which some might find it irritating for anal use, but I really enjoyed it overall!
I think the price is in the correct range. It's not the cheapest, but not expensive either. It doesn't feel luxurious but it works wonders for what you pay!

For cleaning, I suggest using a soap and warm water. Also, make sure you clean the tube and syringe by sucking up some water with it. It does come with a storage bag as well, so you can place it in a drawer with your other dildos.
