This is a fairly basic chastity cage that's made from weighty stainless steel. I would say it's more suitable for beginners than advanced cock cage users. It features a 3.5 inch long and 1.5 inch wide cage and a 1.9 inch diameter ring and comes with a padlock with 2 keys. It is easy to care for and clean, easy to put on. It is comfortable for short periods but not suitable for extended wear.
Unboxing
The opening and unboxing of this chastity cage is fairly uneventful, as with most adult toys there packaging is fairly plain, the box is only cheap thin cardboard, but does the job. The chastity cage is of good quality and will last a long time. The steel is nice and heavy. My only disappointment upon my initial inspection is the rubbish lock that is included. My advice is to not use it and get some disposable plastic locks.Usability and comfort
This cage is only really usable as a toy, it’s easy to put on and comfortable for a short period of time, but isn’t practical for longer use or serious use. Using the cage is okay, like most cages you slip the ring on, slide the cage in then put the lock through and click it closed. It performs it’s function as expected, there is no way of achieving an erection or forgetting the cage is there thanks to the weight. However like most mass produced cages it is not usable beyond playing. This is due to the design, it is physically too pronounced and is noticeable under clothes, the hole in the tip for urinating is too small and neigh impossible to line up correctly so causes a mess.
The design of the DOMINIX Deluxe Chastity Cock Cage is nice. I like the look, and it feels well made, but it is not usable beyond play, due to some impracticalities. The Lovehoney website says that this cage is designed for long term wear. However, the cage is too bulky to be worn discreetly under clothes and the hole is not big enough to be able to urinate while wearing the cage, meaning you have to take it off each time you want to use the bathroom.
It's easy to use and wear, comfortable for short periods of time, but is not usable beyond play.
The DOMINIX Deluxe Chastity Cock Cage is made of stainless steel and feels well built and of good quality. Unfortunately, the overall design lets it down. The padlock included in the set it also low quality and brings the score down a lot. As I mentioned before, I would prefer to buy some disposable plastic locks to use with the cage.
I personally think this is a little overpriced, as very similar cages can be bought directly for a lot less. However you are buying from a retailer who needs their cut. If you are looking for a high-security chastity cage or one for long-term wear, I would look for a better design.
It performed as I expected. It's secure enough for a basic cage that is meant to be a toy, but is not suitable for long-term wear or more serious chastity. I think it would only work for short sessions.
The packaging is just a cheap cardboard box but does the job. The box is just a simple plain white box but it does say chastity cage on the front so it's best to open in private if you want to be discreet. It doesn't come with a storage bag so you will have to find your own.
Being all stainless steel it feels solid and strong, it's also easy to clean and care for. You can wash the cage using warm water and soap and should make sure it is dry before use or wear.

This cage is of acceptable quality for a first time cage, and fine when used as a toy, but it is not suitable for long term use. The cage feels well built and solid. In my initial assessment, I was pleased with the cage, but could tell it is only a toy made to be tried for a few play sessions and then retired.
