Lana Rhoades Anal Fleshlight Review (of the Karma Sleeve)

The Anal Fleshlight of Lana Rhoades' butt is the best looking ass-mold I currently own (and I own a lot of them). One of the main things I like is that the perineum isn't as elaborate as on most of the other anal Fleshlights. the Lana Rhoades butt doesn't have the tightest opening of them all, nor the most open orifice. Her fat cheeks are spread pretty wide apart, which makes entering a breeze. When comparing to the real things they look strikingly similar, and I simply had to rate it the best possible score: 100/100 on 'Design'.

Entering the Karma sleeve is a super intense experience from the very beginning, and all the way through. That is why I gave it a 90/100. It has 3 different chambers with 3 rings that is especially intense-feeling on the gland and frenulum. The rings kinda roll-over and slide back and forth during stroking. Then each 3-ring set is closely followed by opposite pointing spikes that isn't as intense as the rings, but provide a great variety. The texture becomes tighter and tighter for each of the three sections. This does mean that if you don't like this combination of 3 rings and spikes, you won't have the option of anything else, which makes it lacking a bit in my mind.

Having used the Karma sleeve extensively I had a strong feeling that it wasn't one of the tightest sleeves. Measuring the tightness proved my hunch too be right. I plugged the bottom and filled the inner canal with water, which weighed 2.0 ounces. A low weight means a sleeve didn't have a lot of space for the water to fill out, so, it would be tight. Most anal Fleshlight sleeves had the water weigh in from 0.8 ounces (the absolut tightest Flehslight overall, the Mia Malkova Anal Fleshlight) and 2.8 ounces. I wanted a higher score to mean a tighter sleeve and be on a 1-100 scale, so I reversed the score like this: 100 - (20 x 2.0) + (20 x 0.8) = 76. This tightness core is generally in the middle range of Fleshlights but pretty low (loose sleeve) for an anal Fleshlight.

The Lana Rhoades Karma Fleshlight costs the same as all other Fleshlights girls (whether an anal or vaginal sleeve). Compared to other realistic strokers, they aren't the cheapest, but you get the most realistic ones. And, they're molded after your favorite adult actresses.

The material used in Fleshlights is called Cyberskin and is a TPE blend which is soft but responsive. This makes the textures feel amazing and makes me come in seconds if I don't hold back a bit. Although the anal Fleshlight isn't really close to the real experience, entering in real life feeling tighter, and the following looser than the Fleshlight it nonetheless isn't a worse experience and feeling. Of course, nothing really beats the real thing, but that comes more down to the fact that you got a real partner there with you, over the fact that the isolated feeling is better. Especially if you just warm the sleeve up before use.

On the packaging you see Lana Rhoades standing with her ass slightly turned towards you, holding her anal Fleshlight. Very visible is her small cherry tattoo on her one cheek. On the other side is a transparent film so you can spot the white plastic casing that holds the stroker.

The material used for the Karma sleeve is a TPE blend dubbed 'cyberskin' by Flehslight. It is an incredible feeling material that is a combination of soft and super responsive. The main downside to this material is that it holds bacteria well, so it's important to get it dry fast - otherwise bacteria and mold will grow fast on it. Another cleaning downside is that lint and dust gets stuck to it super easily. Compared to the TPE blend used for the Kiiroo Feelstars (very similar to the Fleshlight girls series) the material is harder to peel lint and dust off - I think it's because it's a bit softer to the touch.
