- Can't get enough of Fun Factory toys
- Want a strapless strap-on that doubles as a handled dildo
- Don't mind a little trial-and-error finding the best angles for you
- Are expecting the Fun Factory Share Lite to actually stay put without a harness
- Don't like deeper penetrating or girthier dildos
- Need more flexibility and poseability with your dildos
The Fun Factory Share Lite is an okay "strapless" strap-on for those who love some firm girth and length. As someone who prefers a versatile toy, I can appreciate what Fun Factory was going for without being too disappointed in the outcome. All that's to say, while the Fun Factory Share Lite likely won't stay put or be enjoyable without a harness, there are other ways to enjoy this toy! I really love holding the wearer's end in my hand, like a handle to make penetrating someone a little easier and with more control than it would be to use a suction cupped dildo. I'm a steadfast Fun Factory supporter, and while I found some enjoyment out of the Fun Factory Share Lite, I don't think I'll be recommending this dildo to a lot of folks since it doesn't perform as advertised.
One Strapless to Rule Them All—In Theory!
As Fun Factory displays on all of their marketing for the Fun Factory Share Lite double-ended dildo, this toy was made 22% lighter than previous models so there would be no need for a harness for extra support. Plus, it’s supposed to have a flexible hinge to make it easier for more variety in your positions and angles during play! However, this just isn’t true. This dildo, like every other “strapless dildo,” is probably going to fall out of the wearer without extra support from a harness. While some folks have been able to keep the wearer’s end inserted during play, it often still falls out when thrusting increases or when changing positions. It’s just too much of a buzzkill to have a toy slip out right when things get hot and heavy! Plus, for a toy at such a high price point, it could be worth just getting a regular double dildo that’s made for harness use so everyone can experience easy, breezy, comfy pleasure.Did I Enjoy the Share Lite? Eh, Lightly!
There are some aspects of the Fun Factory Share Lite that I did enjoy. I like the girthiness of the wearer’s end, as it reminded me a lot of Fun Factory’s Miss Bi. Thankfully, my partner entered this test with a lot of patience. We’ve tried double-dildos before, but always ended up at the same result we came to with the Share Lite—using it by hand to penetrate the other person. It was perfectly comfortable and fun that way, as I don’t mind firm dildos, but it definitely didn’t work the way it was intended. We even tested out some of the positions from the booklet, like giving a blowjob or tugging at the shaft for the wearer to feel it internally, but even then the Share Lite was just a little too uncomfortable without a bit of support. As light as this toy is, many folks just don’t have the pelvic muscles to hold up a toy like this while being relaxed enough to feel pleasure from it.Wow. Is the Fun Factory Share Lite Worth It?
Well, if you ask me, it depends. There are plenty of other reviews from folks who adored the Share Lite, but they’re few and far between compared to the negative reviews I found in my search. I think that you know your body best, and if you know that you love a good double dildo, and consider yourself a strapless strap-on aficionado, then you should give the Share Lite a try! Maybe I’m a little biased because I love Fun Factory as a brand so much, but I do think that for a select audience, the Fun Factory Share Lite is worth a try!Fun Factory never fails me on its luxurious-feeling silicone that is super smooth and comfortable to touch. It has a very basic design, with a twist on giving a girthier wearer side of the toy than what's often seen with strapless strap-ons. Unfortunately, the Fun Factory Share Lite is not nearly as flexible or wearable as it's made to seem, which is quite the design flaw for anyone involved.
To say there's a learning curve is an understatement, because the Fun Factory Share Lite just doesn't work the way it's supposed to. While it is a simple toy, it's important to recognize that there is no "strapless" aspect of this strap-on. That's no surprise to me, as that's the case with most toys like this, but Fun Factory promises on the Share Lite product page that this dildo can be used without a harness and that the hinge is adjustable, bendable, and that the toy itself is flexible and poseable. Even though the Fun Factory Share Lite isn't a great strap-on, it's a solid dildo to use with your hand penetrating your sexual partner! It's firm, but a lot of folks enjoy that, and it is actually lightweight, so the "wearer" end makes for a solid handle for folks with mobility and grip issues.
As far as I've seen, Fun Factory toys are always top-notch quality. The Fun Factory Share Lite is no different! It's made of ultra smooth, comfortable silicone that comes in poppy colors fitting to the brand. It doesn't feel cheaply made and it is a lightweight toy for its size. At my first time holding it myself, I was impressed by its quality. Even so, I can't give it the rating I wish I could, because it doesn't hit the mark on most of its marketed qualities, like it's flexibility, poseability, and wearable-without-harness-ability.
To me, the Fun Factory Share Lite could be great for some buyers, but maybe not for most. For a dildo that doesn't perform as advertised, it's just far too expensive for folks buying on a budget. But if you know that you prefer firm toys and consider yourself a strapless strap-on expert, then that price point may not matter as much to you, and it could be worth the purchase! Personally, I recommend you make sure to do your research and read through multiple reviews before buying this dildo.
Unfortunately, the Fun Factory Share Lite did not perform as expected, but I will say that I found my own means to enjoy it! It was disappointing to have the Share Lite not be wearable or poseable as expected. Even so, I love the silicone, and the toy is far more comfortable with a generous amount of lube and a lot of patience from all parties involved. Similarly, it makes for easier standing or spooning penetration as it is a very vertically erect dildo when worn. To get the most out of the Share Lite, I'd recommend using it with your hand or getting a harness compatible for it!
I love the packaging for the Fun Factory Share Lite. It's cute, very fitting to the Fun Factory brand, and is as simple as the toy itself. I can appreciate that! I also love that the manual included has tips and tricks for sex positions, maintaining the cleanliness of the Share Lite, and even includes some super cute kinky games! By opening up the box cover itself, there is even a fun survey to fill out with your partner. I really appreciate the care that Fun Factory puts into the packaging of its toys!
German toy brands are put under a lot of strict regulations, which is great for buyers who look for safer materials in their toys! Which means the Fun Factory Share Lite is made purely out of non-porous, medical-grade silicone. It is a totally waterproof toy that can be washed in numerous ways, whether that be the boiling method, using toy cleaner and a cloth, or good ol' soap and water. Keep in mind, this dildo is a lint magnet and does not come with a storage bag.

- Lightweight
- Cute, poppy colors
- Smooth silicone, comfortable for some!
- Can also be used as a dildo with a handle
- Didn't perform as intended without a harness
- Very firm, little squish
- Not flexible, too stiff to be poseable
Grab your lube and harness and get relaxed! The Fun Factory Share Lite double-ended dildo isn't for the faint of heart (AKA beginner toy users). The Fun Factory Share Lite is a lightweight, soft-to-the-touch dildo made for those looking for dual penetration without the use of a harness... in theory. On either end of the toy, you'll want plenty of lube and a lot of trust, because this dildo is thicker, firmer, and bigger than some may expect! While my partner and I enjoyed using this toy, it was never great for both of us at once, maybe tolerable at best, and we still had to use a harness. It's a fine toy, but definitely not for everyone, and it doesn't provide the "harness-free fun" that's advertised.
