Fun Factory VIM — Test & Review

I really like the design of the Fun Factory VIM. It does have that classic magic wand shape but features a very different aesthetic with the monochromatic color, the brushed aluminium accents, and the detailed textures. Speaking of those, the textures on the head helps "grip" the lube so you don't need to constantly reapply, and the matte textures on the handle help you keep this bad boy in place throughout your playtime. The only downside to this texture is that, although it is not difficult to clean, it does need a bit more of a thorough cleaning than toys with a smooth texture do.

The three buttons on the control panel make the Fun Factory VIM really easy to use. Of course, you should take some time to get familiar with the settings and the buttons, but once you've got the hang of how to activate your favorite settings, using the VIM will be a breeze! Having "+" and "-" buttons are great for letting you customize your pleasure and adjust the intensities without having to scroll through all the settings to find the one. The flexible neck also makes it pretty easy to find all the right angles for you.

I've tested quite a few Fun Factory products in my time, and while some of them may not have been to my personal liking, I've always thought that Fun Factory makes premium quality products, especially when it comes to vibrators. They're always deliciously powerful and rumbly, and the VIM is no exception. Actually, a lot of Fun Factory products have a sort of grippy silicone texture that seems like easily collect dust and hair. A big pro for the Fun Factory VIM is that it actually is super smooth and stays pretty clean. So, not only do I know it's a good quality product, it feels and looks the part too!

Alright, so the Fun Factory VIM is definitely not a cheap wand vibrator. But is it worth splurging out on? If you're looking a good quality magic wand vibrator that can offer you even more sensations than your typical wand vibrator, then the answer is yes. I think the versatility in the design, the added sensation of the weighted head, and the overall quality can very well be worth the price. Of course, if you're on a tight budget, there are other cheaper options out there. But if you find yourself to be impressed with all the different features of the Fun Factory VIM, this might be worth saving for.

I really enjoy how the Fun Factory VIM has 5 different vibration speeds. Most vibrators will have about 3 intensities to choose from but the VIM presents an impressive range of intensity! This means that it performs really well in both the lower settings with soft rumbles but also does quite well when you're looking to blast the vibrations! A lot of wand vibrators are very fully but don't really perform well for more gentle stimulation. The Fun Factory VIM definitely allows for all kinds of pleasure with that special weighted motor.

The Fun Factory VIM comes in a smooth slide-open box. It comes with a long magnetic charger with a reusable silicone cord clip (a big plus in my book!). Of course, there's also an extended instructions manual with all the practical things you need to know about activating the Fun Factory VIM, the different settings and programs, basic care etc. The manual also includes a few ideas for how to use your new wand massager and even has a "Flirt or Dare" game you can play with your partner!

The Fun Factory VIM is made of 100% body-safe materials. The whole wand is covered in non-porous silicone with a few brushed aluminium accents and buttons made of ABS plastic. The Fun Factory VIM is water resistant and splashproof, so it's alright to wipe it down or carefully rinse parts of it, but be sure not to fully submerge it in water during cleaning. Clean it with any mild unscented soap or sex toy cleaner and warm water or a damp cloth. Let dry completely and store safely away from any dust or lint.
