The second chamber features ribs which protrude from within the sleeve. At the same time, the sleeve tunnel widens. Following comes the third chamber, which connects the second and fourth chamber. It features a few bumps and alongside them the sleeve tunnel tightens up. The fourth chamber has the same pattern as the second chamber except that it is a bit longer than the second chamber. The fifth and also the last chamber is located at the end of the sleeve and is made of a few bumps, the same as the with the first and third chamber.
