The Sexfulness Review — Why I Don’t Recommend This Course

My Sexfulness review is going to be a little different from the others written! This one will serve more as a warning than a recommendation!

Today I’ll be sharing my experience signing up for this online sex education course, and why I think you should avoid it!

There are so many online sex courses these days and anyone can make one, but they definitely aren’t all made equally! Unfortunately, my experience with Sexfulness was not a good one, and from other people’s reviews, it seems I wasn’t alone.

But don’t worry, if you are looking for top quality online sexual classes, I got you covered! I’ll share my favorite legit online courses that are actually worth your time and money!

So grab a drink and get comfy! I’m about to spill the tea on why I do not recommend the Sexfulness!

Here’s everything I’ll cover in this Sexfulness review:

The Sexfulness Review: My Experience

The Sexfulness offers a $1 14-day trial that gives you access to their whole library of over 175 sex education videos. This offer intrigued me, as from what I could see, the course materials looked promising. The site claims that their courses are created by a team of 12 professional sexologist and based on data collected from 5700 people.

Signing up for the 14-day trial

Signing up was relatively easy, I simply created an account and made a card payment, making sure to tick the box indicating I wanted the $1 14-day trial.

I was very conscious about the cancellation period, as when you sign up, you automatically commit to a subscription that costs a whopping $250 per month! This wildly expensive subscription was the first red flag!

Even Beducated, which is bar far one of the best online sex education platforms, only costs $199 per year! And it’s even cheaper if you sign up here!

Cancelling the Trial

Regardless of my skepticism, I signed up for the Sexfulness course in the name of research! Once in, I canceled my active subscription to make sure I wasn’t bound to a $250/month subscription. I cancelled the membership from within my account, and it told me I would lose access at the end of the 14 trial period.

However, when I tried to log back in, I had issues with the system not recognizing my email, even though I could see it was the email registered to the account when I did get back in.

Once I was logged in, I tried to access one of the courses and was redirected to the payment page, where I was prompted to sign up for the trial again. At this point, the whole thing felt a little suspect and scammy, so I decided not to risk going through the payment process again.

I thought that maybe my access had been canceled before the end of the trial, but when I went back into my account to check my subscription, it said that the cancellation was pending and I still had access until the end of the trial period.

I wrote to their customer support to make it clear that I wanted to cancel the memebership, and thankfully, their customer service was prompt in getting back to me to confirm my cancellation.

The “Sexologists” behind the Sexfulness Courses

After the initial red flags, I decided to do a bit of research on the sexologists/ sex experts behind the courses. At first glance, they seem to be a well-qualified and diverse team of experts. However, I was unable to find any of them or their services on Google. Very suspicious!

I then decided to use the Google image search to see if I could find anything out that way. I was surprised to see that the Dean Stephens, Human Sexuality Ph.D., is all over the web, as many different people! So unless he has a lot of identical twins, I suspect this might be a stock image! The same thing happened when I repeated the same for the other “sexologists.”

While I never actually got to see the videos during the free trial, the clips on the website don’t show any of them either. All of this leaves me extremely doubtful that the claimed experts behind this course exist.

A quality sex course should be created by real sex experts and sexologists who are educated in their specialist fields and qualified to be teaching that information. There’s already so much terrible sex advice out there, we don’t need more!

Beducated is a prime example of doing it well! They have sex experts who specialise in different fields from communication to kink teaching their area of expertise! And these are people you can look up and check their credentials and experience. Not to mention, some of them are pretty famous in the world of sex education!

Sexfulness Reviews TrustPilot

It seems I wasn’t the only unsatisfied customer with The Sexfulness earning a low score of 3.1 on Trust Pilot. Four out of the five reviews were 1 star reviews with all criticizing the company’s misleading automatic subscription and difficulty cancelling the service. There was only one positive review.

Online Sex Education Courses I Love and Trust

In today’s digital age, access to information is unprecedented, but not all of it is reliable or accurate. This is especially crucial when it comes to sex education, a topic riddled with misconceptions, myths, and personal biases. The importance of finding trustworthy, quality online sex education courses crafted by qualified experts is one I take very seriously!

Comprehensive, accurate sex education plays a vital role in promoting a healthy understanding of human sexuality, relationships, and personal boundaries. It empowers individuals to make informed decisions, practice safer sex, and unlock more intimacy and pleasure.

Here are two of my favorite online sex education courses!

Beducated

Beducated is a wealth of sexual knowledge, with over 100 videos spanning a wide range of topics relating to sex, relationships and sexuality.

Their courses are taught by experts who have spent years studying their speciality and are able to guide you through new and exciting sexual adventures in a fun and approachable way.

There are plenty of options for solo or partner focused courses to help you broaden your sexual horizons and discover new ways to experience intimacy and pleasure.

It’s also great value for money! A full price yearly membership costs less than $20 a month, but you can get 33% off lifetime access using this link! Plus, they are adding new videos all the time, so you’ll never be stuck in a sexual rut again!

OMGYes

OMGYes is an incredible resource for vulva-focussed pleasure! It is a revolutionary platform that offers research backed pleasure education for vulva owners and their partners.

It features three seasons, each one focussing on a different aspect of pleasure — The Essentials, which covers communication and clitoral techniques, Inner Pleasure, and Toy Techniques.

The courses feature interviews with real women talking about how they access pleasure and real life demonstrations of the techniques.

This honest and open approach is also great for deconstructing internalised shame many vulva owners experience related to pleasure.

Plus, it’s a one time payment, no subscription and repeat payments here! Click here to get a discount on the lifetime access packages!
