It’s not as extensive as the MyHixel, but I still think it’s pretty good and can help identify different stages of the sexual response and extend time to ejaculation. It’s also gamified which adds some fun to the experience. The app also has a Kegel training program, which is short and simple but a nice introduction to using your pelvic floor to improve sex.
