The Bondage Boutique Squeeze and Tease Nipple Clamps are adjustable clover-style clamps with a squeeze action to place them and take them off. The inside cushion has extra texture to it for an even stronger sensation. They are attached by a thick chain that adds weight and a little extra flair.

My initial reaction to the Bondage Boutique Adjustable Nipple clamps was that they looked a little intimidating. The clamps look like rock climbing equipment more than decoration. I was worried about the bulkiness of them. When I am bringing out nipple clamps I want to feel like I’m being decorated. These clamps look more industrial than I was expecting. When I’m getting dressed up and decorated for my partner, I would rather feel like I’m using luxury pieces, rather than a sex-shop-gimmick.Holding On

I put these on while making breakfast, hoping for the best. The pain was so immediate I asked my partner to remove the one he had halfway placed. The clamps are in no way adjustable and just painful. I can’t imagine how much more painful these clamps would be with the weight of the pretty bulky chain.
These nipple clamps look more like handcuffs or hardware rather than something used in the bedroom. The clamps are bulky and the chain is thick so extra weight can be added. These are not delicate clamps and probably wouldn't be good to wear under clothing. The level of pain that these gave immediately feels unsafe when there is no adjustment.

However, there is enough resistance in the spring that they are hard to keep open. This ended up being an issue as I needed to make adjustments to my hair and clothing while my partner held the clamps. The clamps ended up springing shut in their hand before we were ready.
These nipple clamps felt tinny and cheap. From reading other reviews the cushions fall off easily, which would make these impossible to use after.
For clamps that are designed for advanced BDSM users, the price on these can't be beaten. Bondage Boutique Squeeze and Tease Nipple Clamps are worth the price completely for people who enjoy more pain to get pleasure.
These clamps work exactly as they should. The pain is instant, builds, and leaves your nipples extremely sensitive after. I like to use my nipple clamps as an extra pleasurable pain sensation, not wait for the sensitivity that comes after.
The packaging was really cheap. The Bondage Boutique Squeeze and Tease Nipple Clamps arrived in something that looked like it would have been thrown in a bargain bin in an adult toy shop.
The clamps are made from shiny metal with rubber cushions. I had a hard time finding what kind of metal these are made out of. I can't be sure these are safe to use for people with metal allergies. I would have liked some better guidance on the type of metal, and if they are safe to use around water/lube.
