The 3 Best Hollow Butt Plugs

The Pighole 3 was a clear front runner when looking for the best hollow butt plug due it being both soft and sturdy and offering fantastic access for inserting toys, body parts, or liquids! Our tester, Devon, agreed, writing “this is an awesome addition for advanced aficionados of ass play.” He found this tunnel plug, “especially useful for aiding with the insertion of skinnier long toys for depth play” and how it leaves the wearer “literally “open” to experience sensations in a whole new way.”  This plug has the widest tunnel of all the plugs in the review and is the one best suited to penetrative sex. I also like that there are 5 sizes available (2 bigger and 2 smaller), so you can size up or down based on your needs. Normal butt plugs have a tapered end that allows the plug to gradually widen, however this one starts out wide from the get go. Devon describes inserting the Pig Hole solo as one of his “toughest challenges,” noting it “is definitely easier when having help getting it shoved in.” I would add that warming up with smaller toys will help too! Once inserted, however, the plug proved to be very comfortable and did a great job of holding everything open!

I chose the Perfect Fit Tunnel Plug as the best for beginners as it’s smaller (for a tunnel plug) and made of nice soft materials. I add the qualifier, for a tunnel plug, simply because tunnel plugs are just bigger by nature! I wouldn’t recommend tunnel plugs to those who are totally new to anal play. Our reviewer, George “loved that you can see through it and enjoyed the vulnerability and sensations experienced when using it.” He wrote that he “felt open and vulnerable, which is exactly what you want from a toy like this.” The ‘smaller’ size of this plug does mean that you will only be able to insert smaller items up to 1 inch in diameter, like a finger or very slim dildo. There’s only one real drawback to this toy and that’s that it’s made of a silicone and TPE blend, making it porous.

This tunnel plug is a real twofer and the most advanced option in the review! The petals spread out once it’s inserted, stretching from all directions. Felicia took the plunge and tested the Ass Anchor for us, and she “loved the feel of the plug once it was in, and expanded; it gave a fulfilled, yet empty sensation” Although the plug itself offers the widest stretch of all the hollow butt plugs in the review, the hole is still on the smaller side. I can see this being great for smaller insertables but not big enough for penetrative sex. The liquid silicone, which has “a very silky texture to it”, “gives this toy the gentleness you need, while stretching your forbidden treasure chest!”  The packaging left a lot to be desired and the plain black design wasn’t the most exciting, but thankfully the plug ended up feeling “more luxurious than it looks! Felicia did find that it was “difficult to use alone,” but it was much more enjoyable for partnered play!
