The King Cock Extra Girthy Ultra Realistic Suction Cup Dildo is a large lifelike dildo with realistic textures. With 9.5 inches of insertable length and 2.54 inches in diameter, this is definitely aimed at the intermediate to advanced user. Unfortunately, it's made of PVC and appeared damaged and unsafe to use.
I was so excited to try this dildo but unfortunately both the original dildo and requested replacement appeared damaged. The were patches where the surface had a sheen to it, with what looked like brush strokes, making me think there was a manufacturing issue. Given the material is PVC, I did not feel safe testing this toy. I was so disappointed that after two products I was still no further to trying this toy. Is the sheen correct, is it protective and should be all over to protect the anus from dangerous properties? Is the sheen incorrect and shouldn’t be there and is some dangerous unintended spillage? Although Lovehoney sent a replacement, they didn’t provide any answers about the issue or safety of the dildo, so they will remained unused.
Hard to give this item a fair review. Outside of the obvious flaws it would have been a good design.
It was impossible to use due to safety. The thought of using a condom over the top of it came to mind. But it's a big toy, what if it splits it? Plus my skin down there often reacts badly to condoms. Unfortunately my conclusion remains that I cannot use this product.
This is an unreliable product due to flaws in manufacturing.
While the price would have been reasonable, it is worthless if you can't use the thing.
I'm really so disappointed. I was so looking forward to using this product. I was so excited when the replacement was on its way. Genuinely dismayed when it turned out to have the same defects.
First time round the packaging had some damage — a break in the plastic. I had wondered if this had somehow contributed to the defect but the replacements packaging was perfect, yet the defect remained.
Unsafe and unusable in its current state and with no explanation from Lovehoney.

I must admit I'm disappointed I didn't get an opportunity to try this product out. On arrival I noticed the plastic packaging was damaged. Due to its secure shipping box I doubt it was as a result of transit. Once opened I noticed a distinct difference in the surface of the toy. The top half had what appeared to be a sheen in the shape of what looks like brush strokes. The lower part does not have this. Lovehoney provided no explanation but on request sent out another one. I was very disappointed to open this and find that the same issue had occurred again, leading me to believe that this must be some error in manufacturing. Unfortunately, it did not seem safe to use.
