A New Take on A Basic Toy!
I’ll admit, I’m not much of a grinder. But, the Wet For Her Pride Fusion strap-on dildo had me and my partner pleasantly surprised. The silicone is soft and smooth, and the textured Pleasure Base is designed for the wearer to rub their clitoris against it while penetrating someone. While this toy is flexible, you can feel that it is moldable when bending it, it keeps its shape! This was an interesting aspect of the toy, especially for those you like some g-spot or p-spot stimulation, but I did find that it doesn’t keep its shape while penetrating as much as I’d hoped. Next, I was worried I’d have trouble getting it to sit right in the harness (I use my Lovehoney Unisex Strap-On Harness Briefs). Thankfully, it wasn’t too heavy and stayed put in the o-ring. While this toy wasn’t able to bring me to climax while wearing it, it worked better for my partner who’s always enjoyed friction/rubbing/grinding stimulation. I know I’m not necessarily the target audience for Wet For Her, a woman-run company that designs “lesbian sex toys for women couples.” Still, their phrasing, to me, feels outdated. It others transgender folks, and I wish they’d alter their wording to be a bit more gender expansive. Sure, they do state on their site that “whether you identify as lesbian, bisexual or queer; cis, trans, or nonbinary; we’ve got you covered.” If so, then why is the Lesbian tab of their store dedicated to vulva-centered toys, and presented as toys for “women’s bodies and female-centered pleasure”? It just feels very binary and a little behind the times. Not all lesbians use she/her pronouns, and not all lesbians have vulvas. I think that’s important for folks to recognize, but I know this is just me being nitpicky as a trans buyer! I just feel like if a brand is going to promote to gender non-conforming individuals, as many lesbians are these days, I’d hope they’d have a little more inclusive language.

This is a unique toy that has a grinding feature built into the dildo itself. It’s a comfortable texture for grinding, and the girth and length of the shaft are a nice size, especially for those who may be a little more versed in dildo usage. It’s an interesting addition to your collection, even with just the design alone!
This toy works with most strap-on harnesses with o-rings. Just slide your Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo into your preferred strap and get to work! Make sure to check the size of your rings and if your harness is compatible with a double-sided toy before buying. It’s a very simple and easy to use toy, which means you get a lot of flexibility to be creative with how you use it, whether it be in the bath or in bed, taking it on vacation or getting cozy at home, with yourself or with a partner(s), the world is your oyster!
I was a little disappointed by the quality of the Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo. It seems like the silicone wasn’t very tidied up during the manufacturing and it has some slips of silicone hanging off, as seen in the image. Similarly, while I love the striped flag design on the toy, I also know that similar dildos with multi-colored stripes tend to have weaker bonds and could make the dildo fall apart in the future.
For a fine quality dildo with the uniquely designed Pleasure Base, the price isn’t bad. While it may be a little pricier than some may like for similar toys, I’d still consider this an affordable choice. However, I’m a bit stingy when it comes to my toys’ packaging and I would probably recommend other brands or stores first, as the Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo packaging was lackluster and a bit damaged on arrival.
To me, the Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo performs very well. It’s comfortable to wear as well as being inserted. I love that it’s not too heavy and that it doesn’t twist around too much. It fits great in my harness! Personally, it was a great size, both girth and length-wise. I received the medium size, and while that was a great size for me I have found that it can be a little too big for some users' penetration preferences. Make sure you check the sizing before buying, and consider buying a smaller size in the Fusion range if you're unsure!
The packaging and the cardstock coupon/art card were a bit damaged. Almost all the corners of the box had been folded in from getting bashed around, likely because the box came in a loose bag rather than a box with packing filler. Personally, that makes me feel like the store isn’t putting a lot of care into presentation for their customers. Even so, I like that the box is a harder cardboard, plus the branding on the box itself was minimalistic and cute, fitting for the Wet For Her style.
Caring for your Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo is easy-peasy! Use warm water and soap or your favorite toy cleaner to get it squeaky clean. If you’re like me and want to disinfect your toys a little more, especially if you use your toys between multiple partners, make yourself a dildo soup! Just put your silicone toy in boiling water for about three minutes to get it cleaner than ever.

While some toys, like the BumpHer, are used to help cushion and add stimulation for the wearer, this is the first I’ve seen that is built into the dildo itself. With a velvety smooth silicone, it’s a nice little treat to have been added to this toy.

I enjoyed it, even if I personally couldn't get the most out of it. It's cute, simple, and is a well-made toy. While the price is a little above average for similar dildos, and the quality may be minorly lacking, it's still a unique toy that you can't deny is striking and interesting. If you're curious, you should give it a try.
