My Not So Pleasant First Impression
I was so looking forward to testing this leather blindfold, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as satisfying as I hoped. I always enjoy a black leather look, it is a perfect blend of kinky and classy, but the was something about the shape of the Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfold that didn’t agree with my face. I didn’t enjoy the long rounded parts and a long nose cutout, it felt uncomfortable and didn’t block light at all. I also found the leather to be stiff and hard to adjust. Of course, I still believe this design can be perfect for some people, but I still think that the overall shape is quite odd. It kind of reminds me of a mosquito, which isn’t the sexiest look. I am definitely much more into simple satin blindfolds that you can easily put on and off, so perhaps this one was too advanced for me.On the Other Hand…
The quality of the blindfold is great, the leather feels thick and durable and smells expensive. The buckle is also top-notch, and I like that it’s pretty long and easy to use, I just found it hard to adjust because of the “unique design” on the front.
The Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfold has a sleek design, with a heavy-duty vibe. It’s padded and fully made with leather, which definitely adds a more luxurious feel. I like that there is a buckle for more adjustability, The design didn’t exactly fit my face and I found it really hard to use, but it might work better for others.
I found the Deluxe Leather Blindfold hard to use. The whole shape didn’t fit my face, and once I somehow found a way for it to work, and tried to lock it by closing the buckle, the whole blindfold was changing its placement because of the lack of flexibility. Also, the stiffness of the leather didn’t help, and I found it a bit uncomfortable.
The leather is high-quality, and the blindfold is well-made, I just don’t think that the design was well-thought-through.
I think that the Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfold is worth its price. It’s made with high-quality leather, and most leather blindfolds are in a similar price range. On the other hand, the “packaging” completely ruined the vibe of purchasing a high-quality leather bondage accessory.
As I mentioned before, the overall design with the oversized eye pads didn’t agree with my face shape, so my experience hasn’t been pleasant. I am used to regular satin blindfolds, so the rough edges around my nose and cheeks, and the lack of softer material around my eyes weren’t the best for me.
The Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfold came in a cheap plastic bag, which can barely be called packaging. I expected something more from a brand whose name includes Deluxe, so I would say the packaging is very disappointing.
The Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfld is made with genuine leather and feels high-quality. You can clean it using a wet cloth for a quick refresh or special products for leather care.

I think that the Dominix Deluxe Leather Blindfold is a well-crafted blindfold. It feels and looks well made, and if you are into leather BDSM accessories you will enjoy its texture and stiffer feel. I ended up not liking the design of the blindfold, it just didn’t work out for me. Because of that, I didn’t have a fun time using it, and I found it quite uncomfortable so I am not going to reach for it anytime soon. I still think it’s a well-made blindfold, so I hope other users might have more luck with it.
