My favorite aspect of the Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle is its ability to leave a cute little mark on your sore spots. Even before I received the package, I was all giddy about trying out this feature! So, when I finally got my hands on it, I tried it out on my arm right away. I felt the sting but saw no little heart-shaped imprints reddening on my skin. Apparently, this was going to be a bit of a challenge…Determination is Key!
Now, instead of introducing the spanking paddle to my partner during a sexy and sultry moment in the bedroom, I instead ran up to him as he walked in the front door excitedly yelling: “Look! It can leave a mark if you hit hard enough! Go on! Give it all you’ve got!” while basically shoving my butt in his face. In hindsight, I could at least have let him put the groceries down first. But I digress. Once we actually did use it in a more appropriately kinky setting, we experimented with intensities, trying to figure out how to best get that adorable little imprint. It takes more impact than I expected but this was also a nice way for us to push our boundaries a little bit! It was a pleasure to play with, thanks to the loud thwack and the sharp sensations. It was clearly more durable than I expected given the price tag!
I love the overall design of the Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle. The heart-shaped cut-outs are so cute and the red layer makes them stand out beautifully! The faux leather is also nice and smooth and I like that the other side can be used if you don't want to leave a mark with the hearts. The flat shape of the handle, however, isn't super comfortable to hold, but that's a minor issue for me.
I thought the Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle was pretty simple to use (I mean, it's a spanking paddle, so it's really not that complex). The wrist loop offered a secure grip as well. The thing that had a bit of a learning curve was getting the hearts to leave a mark on the skin. It definitely takes more force than you would expect but once you've got the hang of it, it's great fun!
I was impressed by the overall quality of the Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle. There were no obvious flaws in the seams or the faux leather and it felt really smooth and well-made. It's also fairly durable so I can imagine it being great for both mild impact and more intense lashings.
The Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle offers a lot of value for money, if you ask me! For something in this price range, I was actually expecting a product of sub-par quality. However, this paddle was a pleasant surprise! It looks really sexy, leaves an adorable mark, and feels really satisfying.
I like that the Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle can easily be used at different intensity levels. Once you do turn up the intensity, though, the sensation is very sharp and stingy. I was very impressed by it! I really think the loud thwack added to this impression. Speaking of impressions, I loved having those little hearts show up (even though it took some practice)!
There really isn't much to write home about in terms of packaging. The Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle simply came in a plastic sleeve and had a tag attached to the wrist loop. There was no storage bag either, but that's not usually something that impact toys come with anyway.
The Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle is made of faux leather which consists of a fabric base with a wax and PVC or polyurethane coating. While it's not fully submersible, it can easily be wiped down with a damp cloth in between uses.

The Sex & Mischief Heart Slapper Paddle has quickly become one of my favorite tools for impact play because of the cute little marks it can leave on the body. The faux leather surface feels surprisingly smooth and luxurious for such an affordable spanking paddle. The loud thwack is really satisfying and helps intensify the overall experience. For my personal needs, it's the perfect size–not too big and not too small–and it's potentially super easy to travel with!
