The look and feel of the material are comfortable and sturdy, and the level of quality is evident in everything from the machine washable fabric to the strong neoprene used to close the strap-on around the thigh.

A simple band with a hole for a dildo and neoprene to affix the strap-on to the user's thigh make this a plug-and-play solution to strap-on usage. Unlike traditional waist harnesses, which have easily tangled leg and waist strands, The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is easily affixed to the leg, and requires no complicated rigging, tightening, or adjusting. I also appreciate how easy it is to remove. Because of the quick-release neoprene closure, once sex is over, there's no awkward wiggle to be done, like there so often is with complicated waist harnesses. You simply take it off by disengaging the neoprene fastening, and you're done!

I'd never tried a thigh harness before, and given my experience with the more traditional waist-worn models, I expected to use this once and never again. However, I found the cardboard to be effective, and though there were no included instructions in my box, the strap-on harness is intuitive enough that it's not necessary!
