The b-Vibe Anal Training Kit and Education Set is designed as a comprehensive set of everything one person could possibly need on the road to anal enlightenment. As fantastic as butts are, anal play can be daunting to newcomers. This kit reaches out with the gentlest hand to lift people up. If it wasn't obvious, I really appreciate b-Vibe's goal with this kit. To be more specific, the kit includes 3 silicone plugs, a charger for one of the plugs, an enema bulb, a lubricant applicator, a book, a travel bag, a storage box, and a sticker. That's a lot. The price for all this is steep though, so despite the sheer amount of things, they better hold up if the kit is going to be worth it. I've read through and tested everything, and I genuinely think the price is fair!

First Impressions

It’s under-emphasized on b-Vibe’s product page, but I think the light-blue storage box deserves recognition. I wouldn’t normally much attention to a box, but the one this kit comes in is very sturdy, resistant, and decorative. It keeps everything organized and looks great on my shelf. There is also a small travel bag, offering a more portable storage option. It’s not big enough to fit the entire kit, but it’s still nice to have the option to take some things. Before I really delved into the actual features of the kit, I also noticed the “anal is magic” sticker that was included. I love it. I stuck it on my chair. I am assured that b-Vibe is aware of fundamental truths.

The Book

I honestly expected the book to be gimmicky or basic, and I was wrong. It’s very thorough, and full of valuable information. When I first sat down with it, my attempt to quickly skim-through gradually turned into a careful study. While I did know a lot of the information from previous online searches, I didn’t know everything. I had never heard tips to control breathing during anal play, or that there are actually two rings of muscle involved. Even though I had a general idea on some of the other chapters, it’s still a great authoritative reference to back up things I wasn’t completely sure about. I can not recommend this book enough!

The Toys

The three different butt plugs in the b-Vibe Anal Training Kit are carefully selected to give you a range of experience. The smallest one is softer, designed to be someone’s very first step. It’s very easy and convenient to use, but I’m personally glad that I have larger toys. The largest plug is weighted, designed to simulate the weight that a metal plug would have. This one is big enough that I find it satisfying on its own. The weight isn’t exactly heavy, but it is noticeable. Most impressive, in my opinion, was the middle one. It vibrates. I don’t know why I haven’t picked up a vibrating anal toy before, but I definitely gained some experience on this matter. There are different vibration settings that the plug can cycle through — the first few are around what I expected and was prepared for. Nothing in the book or on the store page actually said how many settings there were, so I kept cycling through and counting. It kept going, ramping up the intensity to beyond what I anticipated, then it started going through patterns of increasing chaos and complexity. To further add to the experience, to turn off the device, you have to hold the button for an extended period of time. If you fail, likely because you have a foreign object jiggling violently in your rectum, it just keeps going to the next setting.

Enema Bulb and Lubricant Applicator

The enema bulb works exactly like you’d expect. It seems to be high quality, like everything else, and the book provides great instructions for using it. What I really want to draw attention to is the lubricant applicator. I really don’t think this thing is necessary. Perhaps a different butt might need it’s specific little niche more, but I’m never going to use it again. First of all, it draws up so much lube. you don’t have to fill the whole tube of course, but it’s made big enough to take up way more lube than I would ever want to apply at one time. Lube isn’t the most expensive thing, but if you use it like this, it adds up. I know “more lube” is the first rule of anal, but it’s far better to keep applying lube throughout the experience rather than all of it at once, as water-based lubes dry out over time. Second of all, the lubricant applicator is designed to apply lube deep inside. This seems counterintuitive to me, because I’m pretty sure the entrance needs the most lube. For me, it stands out as the least helpful item in the kit.

b-Vibe Anal Training Kit & Education Set -

The design of the b-Vibe Anal Training and Education Set is simple, as it should be. Everything is as basic and streamlined as possible in order to be as beginner-friendly as possible. The bases of the plugs are convenient handles. The widening of the plugs is pleasantly gradual. I think even experienced users stand to gain from having something so accessible. Even the color of everything adds to the soft, non-threatening tone of the kit.

It's fair to say this is the easiest toy I've ever encountered. While you do still need to be able to hold something, these plugs are far easier to hold than a bulky, completely round base. While the vibration controls take some experimentation to get the hang of, you can always just figure it out before insertion — it isn't necessarily complicated. At the smallest size, the end is only slightly bigger around than a finger. You're intended to work your way up to the larger sizes, if you can't take them right away. Even the largest size shouldn't take that long to become comfortable with.

The storage box is great, as I mentioned above. The toys are also great — simple shapes made out of solid silicone are always going to hold up well. The book is even made of sturdy paper that doesn't seem like it would rip easily. The lubricant applicator stands out again, being made of semi-transparent plastic that might degrade eventually, but it seems thick and durable enough to still last a long time.

At 160$, this is not a cheap investment, but everything you get for it: three plugs, the book, the box, the enema bulb, and the lubricant applicator (if you care about it) all do add up to being pretty valuable. While you can get cheap butt plugs, these are clearly on the high end of quality. I think if someone has the money to spend on something like this, they really should. However, it's completely understandable if the price means a lot of people have to walk away.

The b-Vibe Anal Training and Education Set meets every expectation one could have. I don't think there is a better way for anyone to start experimenting with anal play. You would have to intentionally go out of your way to not get something out of this kit. I also want to note that the batter of the vibrator is extremely long-lived. I don't know how long-lived, as I've left it running for hours and still haven't had to recharge it. The online manual boasts 1.25 hours of battery life, but to test it, I've left it on for 3 hours.

The box comes in a protective card-stock sleeve, branded with b-Vibe imagery, and inside the box, all the individual components came carefully protected. It isn't exactly discreet, but I've mentioned before that I love the storage box, the color palette, and how neatly it all packs away. I don't think they needed all the packaging inside the already protective box, but that's hardly a complaint. There is also a small storage bag included, for taking things on the go.

I did not know silicone could feel this smooth! All of b-Vibes plugs are made of body-safe, non-porous silicone. It's an extremely high quality mix of it. It feels so soft that it's hard to believe how firm it still is. Like most silicone, it's waterproof, and very easy to clean with warm water and soap. The lubricant applicator, and the insertable portion of the enema bulb are both hard ABS plastic, that you can clean the same way.

The b-Vibe Anal Training and Education Set strives to introduce people to the joys of anal play, and it definitely lives up to its purpose in every way. It's easy to see the amount of consideration and passion that went into this. The price can be prohibitive, but if you can afford it, the kit easily delivers on the value. While its main purpose is for people completely new to this kind of experience, there's enough value here for one to appreciate long after they've taken their first steps.

You can find a user manual under the “product manual” section of their store page, found here.

You can use any water-based lube. Using other kinds may damage silicone toys.

Absolutely. The included book also has plenty of tips for anal with partners, from communication to good positions to use.

Yes. The plugs are made of body-safe silicone, while the enema nozzle and the lubricant applicator are made from non-porous plastic. As long as you clean and maintain the components, they will be safe to use. The book, however, is not body-safe. It's only for reading.

I want to say "anyone with a butt," but there are probably exceptions. You still must either be able to reach your butt effectively, or have a partner willing to help you.

It's recommended to only use a butt-plug for 2-3 hours at a time. This is at maximum, of course, most people will only be able to use it for shorter than that. You should pay attention and stop using one when it starts causing too much discomfort. Using one for longer than 3 hours is unlikely to cause permanent damage, but may cause short-term pain and weakness as you exhaust your internal muscles and irritate your tissues.
