I picked this thrusting butt plug out as the Test Winner of this review because it ticks off all the boxes in terms of function and quality. It’s a reasonably priced, wearable anal thruster that is super easy to operate with the physical remote control, and very easy to clean and care for since it’s coated in non-porous silicone and fully waterproof. For our tester, James, his favorite part was the “satisfying weight it carried”  Even though he had been worried about the size “it felt amazing once it was inside.” This thrusting butt plug is pretty sizeable, and I wouldn’t say it’s completely beginner-friendly. The realistic design makes the shape and texture less than ideal for those who haven’t experienced anal thrusting before. I wanted to include the Motorbunny Buck for those looking for a heavy duty anal thruster. Sometimes you want to be able to sit back and let something else do all the work. This sex machine is ideal for those who crave both thrusting and vibrations! It’s also great for both vaginal and anal penetration because of the silicone attachments that are easy to sterilize. The versatility is one of my favorite things about this device. As our tester, Jess, mentioned in her review, “between the ample amount of dildo/attachment options and the wedge giving the ability to turn the Buck onto its side, you get a huge range of positions and types of play.” It’s not just for having a blast by yourself either. It’s really great for using with a partner or in group settings. What better way to experience lifelike double-penetration or simultaneous penetration with a partner? This saddle easily fits two people and the different attachments allow you to explore a lot of different sensations and positions together. Now, this is a sex machine after all, so it is definitely not very quiet, compact, or discreet. Do not opt for the Motorbunny Buck if you live with family or friends, unless you only want to be able to use it when you’re home alone. It also takes up a lot of space is difficult to storage in a subtle way. It may not be as loud as a Sybian, but you’ll still need a lot of space and privacy for this one.

I wanted to include the Lovense Gravity because of its powerful vibrations and thrusting, premium quality, and, last but not least, its app control features. Our tester, Flora, had mostly good things to say about the Lovense Gravity. First of all, the integrity of the suction cup base: “Whoever engineered this thing deserves a medal. The suction cup bonded the base to smooth surfaces with an unbudgeable force. I felt like an earthquake could roll through, and the Gravity would just bob along like it was bouncing to some beats.” Similarly to my verdict of the Velvet Thruster Mini Teddy TX, I don’t think the Lovense Gravity is very discreet. It’s quite large and gets very loud. “After lots of prep and lube, the Lovense Gravity was in and rumbling away. It was hard to focus on pleasure while distracted by thrusting warbles. After popping in some earbuds, I was too entrenched in tunes for the motor to disturb me.” There is a design element that looks a bit ominous. I’m talking about the accordion-folded silicone bit that allows the shaft to extend when it thrusts. However, Flora clarifies that “the folded portion lies below the insertable length, so it never comes into contact with delicate skin. That may not be the case if one were to attempt plunging deeper than the 5.12-inches of insertable length.” That said, it is for sure anal safe (provided the suction cup base is attached). I would just be careful not to insert it too far.
