Pegging Toys: 7 Best Pegging Dildos, Strap-ons and More

I tested out this strapless strap on and I absolutely loved using it. I’ve even grown to love it the more I’ve used it. From the silky soft silicone to the comfortable fit, I’ve been impressed by this dildo from the get-go! As the wearer, I loved how the internal egg nestled against my G-spot, giving a pleasant massage with each movement. This extra stimulation gave my arousal a real boost. I find a strap-on in a harness like this is easier to use than a strapless strap-on and this is what I would go for if I was new to pegging. Our tester, Catherine, liked that this set was “easily adjustable, easy to use, versatile, and unintimidating”. In my experience, this is exactly what you want from a strap-on kit, so you can focus your attention on the action! Another reason I chose this pegging kit as the runner up is that the smooth dildo is perfect for pegging, as there’s minimal friction and is “somewhat less intimidating” than a dildo with a lot of texture or realism. Catherine also appreciated that it’s “very simple to step into the harness and tighten the adjustable straps until it’s comfortable.” Comfort is a top priority for me when it comes to strap-ons, so I was happy to read that Catherine found it “fits comfortably, without digging into skin”. The one complaint with this strap-on set is that the O-ring can stretch out when the straps are tightened, which can occasionally let the dildo slip out. I will say, I also experienced this with the Romp Piccolo Strap-On so this issue isn’t unique to the New Comers Strap-On.

I also tested out the Romp Piccolo and found it to be a great introduction to harness-style strap-ons and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality given the low price! Right off the bat, I loved the design of the dildo. I prefer a colorful, non-realistic design and was happy to see that they’d also managed to make it gender-neutral. I also liked that the tip was slightly tapered and curved, making it easier to inset and target the prostate. I found the harness relatively comfortable and I appreciated that it caters to range of different sizes. I would say that it’s not super comfortable to wear for longer sessions and if I was looking for a harness to use on the regular, I would probably opt for one with softer, wider straps. However, for occasional use this one is fine! The one issue I ran into in use was that the O-ring felt a little big for the dildo so it felt less secure than I would have liked. I think either a smaller O-ring or bigger dildo would give better control.

The Tantus Bend Over Beginners Strap-On Set stood out as the best option for beginners, as it comes with the smallest dildo, measuring just 0.8 inches in diameter. It also comes with a second, bigger dildo for something to work up to! Christina and her partner tested this strap-on kit for us and enjoyed all parts of this comprehensive kit! In particular, they liked that “it has reasonably-sized and über-smooth dildos which can ease any apprehension and yet still provide decent vaginal and anal stimulation.” The harness, although not the most luxurious looking, “did not loosen at all while thrusting” and was comfortable to wear without chaffing. The only let-down with the harness was the bullet vibrator pocket didn’t function as designed, which “was more distracting than exciting”. The bullet vibrator itself was more impressive though! For something so small, I was impressed that it had “decently strong” and rumbly vibrations, which you might not expect from such a small bullet. It even survived a trip through the washing machine — a testament to its durability!

While it can be used without a harness, Joseph found that it required a lot more grip to keep it in. “When I used it without a harness, I ended up needing to hold it in place with one hand so it didn’t slip out, which didn’t ruin the mood but was annoying”. Using it in a harness helps you focus on enjoying the experience better. Still, the sensations that this Lovense Lapis delivers are worth having to use the harness. Joseph first let their partner use it on them, “and boy let me tell you, it felt amazing. I could feel the motor all through my whole body even on the lowest setting”. The ridges at the base of the shaft are great for the wearer to rub up against, “and the shaft itself also has a gentle ripple design that feels amazing for the person the toy is being used on.”

The Tantus Silk Medium is one of our more simple and beginner-friendly pegging dildos. It’s one the cheapest good quality pegging dildos that we’ve reviewed here at Bedbible. So just because you’re on a budget, you won’t have to compromise with the quality of your pegging experience. Even though our tester, Kasia, tried it out primarily for vaginal penetration, she concluded that this shape and size was better suited for anal play and pegging in particular. In terms of the design, it’s completely smooth and has a uniform diameter along the whole shaft. I think this shape is perfect for anal play since Kasia also found that “the insertion went so quickly, even without a lube”. It has a slightly curved shaft that and the feel of the silicone itself is “flexible, but the core is firm, so I had no problem reaching the G-spot”. Of course, this also translates into how well the Tantus Silk Medium could target the prostate during pegging. For such a simple dildo, I would have loved to see a suction cup base. This would make it a lot more versatile for solo play. Luckily, the flared, rounded base is still perfect to strap into a harness.

Last but certainly not least is my top recommendation for a good quality strap-on harness that both feels comfortable and looks incredibly sexy. This is the perfect harness for leaning into that elegant pegging aesthetic! However, as a plus-size person I would have loved to see a wider range in sizes. All in all, I think the Strap-On-Me is a great strap-on harness for anyone looking for their first strap-on or an elegant and sexy strap-on for occasional use. “I love the design, comfort, easy of use and think I feel amazing wearing it!”.
